Keeping Stress Out of The Holidays

When it comes to Thanksgiving and the Holiday season, it's busy and hectic and sometimes we lose sleep over creating the perfect meal and environment to enjoy company. This is usually a main factor in stress around the holidays. There are a few things to remember, however. Planning ahead for your meal, and place settings is a good start.
