Spending Time Outside

In the age of technology, all things have become, well, focused around a computer. That means, whether you're working or relaxing, you're probably spending the majority of your time staring at or at least next to a screen - indoors. The gym is no exception and with their climate-controlled interiors and Televisions to distract from your run or cycling, it's perfectly understandable. However, going outside is good for your health.
