WHAT IS ATHLETIC CONDITIONING SERIES?
Have you ever watched a pro athlete and ask yourself, "I wonder what they do to be in such great shape. Would I be able to do a workout like a professional athlete?" Well now you have your chance to find out. Flex5 Athletic Conditioning Series is meant to bring out your inner athlete and push you to your limit.
This series is designed to be high intensity and burn fat and build lean muscle. Most professional athletes are in top shape, so, why don't we all train like athletes if it works for them? Now is your chance to get the same kind of attention as a pro. We will do initial weigh ins (weight, body fat, measurements) as well as post series weigh ins. The workouts will consist of high intensity, full body exercises that will not only challenge your strength, but your cardiovascular level as well. This will challenge you physically and mentally and will leave you feeling tired, yet accomplished after every class! Now who's ready to work?

- 2 classes per week (20 in total) led by Coach Brian on Tuesday and Thursday evening 6.00PM - 6.45PM
- Access to Flex5 state of the art facilities during the program hours
- Initial 1 on 1 fitness assessment with health history and body measurements (height, weight, body fat, etc) to keep track of your progress and keep you accountable

I'm a TV meteorologist for Fox 46 in Charlotte, and went to Flex 5 after I had ballooned up to 280 lbs. I've been training with Brian Mazhari and doing yoga with Victoria Martinez for a few months now. The weights dropping off(down over 30 lbs), and I'm feeling and looking so much better.
Brian's a great motivator. Very positive, but tough. He keeps the exercises different every time I come in, so I don't get bored. But, I do get pooped. My body is definitely changing shape.
I've never done yoga before, and was about as inflexible as a human being could get. It's amazing the progress we've made. While still not the most flexible man, I'm getting up and down with my kids like never before. I had a constant pain in my shoulder that would give me headaches, and that almost never happens anymore. She's been pushing me further and further, and I can even do the crow pose.

I have been training with Brian Mazhari for almost a year and it's been amazing to experience significant improvement in my fitness levels and to see body transformation. Brian is an absolutely awesome trainer. He has so much energy and knows how to challenge me. He doesn't do cookie cutter, one size fits all fitness plans. I have been going to Flex5 and training with Brian for 6 months and it's been a great experience! He (and the whole staff) have been incredibly encouraging. As the head Yoga instructor at Flex5 I obviously do a lot of yoga, but I also realize in order to be balanced I need to keep up with my strength workouts. That's why I love joining in on Brians bootcamps, booty burn out classes and HIIT sessions. I have trained with Brian about three times per week, for the past two months and have already begun to see results. I initially decided to hire a personal trainer because I wanted to lose weight and define my body with muscle and tone. Brian has done a fantastic job of whipping me into shape. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable and confident, but most importantly, he pushes me far beyond the limits I could set for myself. Brian has a very balanced dichotomy between being tough and pushing you to go as far as you can, while also being supportive and encouraging. I've been working out with Brian for about a month now. The workouts are always challenging but fun. I love the fact that we change things up constantly so that it keeps my body guessing. I have been training with Brian for roughly 2 ½ months. He was the trainer assigned to me at Gold’s Gym when I began. My main goals are to improve my muscle mass, flexibility and metabolism. Brian has great knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and is capable of determining the individual abilities of his clients. His pleasant and positive attitude is a great asset to his willingness to work with his clients at their own levels. He instills confidence and encouragement to make you want to work further and apply yourself more diligently.
