Phones With 'Bedtime Mode'

One of the most important parts of a healthy lifestyle is sleep. Getting enough sleep seems simple enough. However, there is one hurdle and many cannot pass: smartphones. Smartphones, and screens alike emit blue light which blocks your ability to release melatonin and inhibits your sleep. The good news is that doctors are urging for ways to block this light.
