His Project Gives Others Strength

After coming back from Irag in 2003, Ian had developed Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. PTSD is an unfortunately common mental disorder that affects those who have gone through traumatic experiences such as war or assault. Ian decided to help others like him by starting the Human Hug Project. His simple but powerful project uses Hugs to give those afflicted by PTSD the strength to move forward and heal. #BeTheChange #Flex5
