Staying in Shape - Low Intensity Workouts

Everybody wants to be healthy, but not everyone has an innate drive to achieve it. Even so, it begs the question, 'is it possible to stay healthy and avoid high intensity workouts?' not quite. It's okay to spend time doing yoga or walking as they increase your strength, lower your body fat, and improve mental health. It is equally important to focus on higher intensity workouts such as running as they can lower heart rate and cholesterol, increase bone density, and help maintain muscle mass.
