Soda is Making You Fat

Sugar has gotten a pretty bad rap lately. Reasonably so, it's linked to diabetes, excess weight gain, as well as heart disease. A new study furthered that by stating those who had at least one sugary drink a day gained more fat around their abdomen over a span of 6 years.  Furthermore they also had 27% more fat than those who did not drink soda or other sugar-filled drinks.
