Binge Watching TV? Here's Why You Shouldn't!

A new study has found an association between people who watched at least 3 hours of television per day in their twenties and being mentally deficient later on in life. One main factor being a lack of physical exercise due to binge watching TV shows.  In contrast, those who were more active and watched less TV were more mentally capable than their peers.
